All returns
must be authorized by management. Call for return authorization
number before shipping back any merchandise. Any merchandise
returned without a return authorization will be refused.
Returns of stocked
products permitted within 7 days from the date of receipt of
merchandise, subject to a 25% restocking fee OR within 30 days from the date of receipt of
merchandise, subject to a 50% restocking fee. NO RETURNS AFTER ONE
MONTH. Custom made products are not returnable. Returned merchandise will be accepted only if all
conditions a, b; c & d (see below) are met. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We
are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being
returned to us.
A) All returns
must include original factory box, original factory packaging
(foam plastic wrappings, etc.) Do not deface original
factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a
return if packaging is not in its original condition.
B) All
returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean
condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not
be accepted.
C) All returns
must include all the factory accessories, which come with the
item. no returns will be accepted
if any of these packed accessories are missing.
D) All returns
must be authorized by A.G.A.S. Mfg. call for authorization number and
instructions prior to shipping any goods back. With your return,
enclose the original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a
brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being
returned and state your request for either a refund or an
exchange. Include the return authorization number on the
letter, and on the outside of the shipping box.
